  Ingredients of Benefiber Fiber:
  Partially hydrolyzed guargum, calcium gluconate, calcium lactate.
  
  Store at controlled room temperature 20-25°C (68-77°F). Protect from excessive heat and moisture.
  
  Use within 6 months of opening.
  
  Tamper Evident Feature: Notice! Protective printed inner seal "sealed for your protection" beneath cap. If missing or damaged, do not use contents. Packaged by weight, not volume. Contents may settle during shipping and handling.

  Directions for use Benefiber Fiber:

  Adults: Stir 1? -3 tablespoons of Benefiber into 8oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved.
   

• AGE 12 yrs. to adult    DOSAGE  1½ - 3 tbsp Up to 3 times daily1
• AGE  7        to 11 yrs. DOSAGE  1 - 1½ tbsp Up to 3 times daily2
• AGE under 6 yrs.        DOSAGE  Ask your doctor

  Tbsp=tablespoon 1 not to exceed 7? tbsp per day. 2. not to exceed 3 2/3 tbsp per day.
  Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
  * Important information on osteoporosis: regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps teen and young adult white and Asian woman maintain good bone health and may reduce their high risk of osteoporosis later in life.
