1 lb. block of firm or extra firm, fresh tofu, rinsed and squeezed gently
to remove excess water.
1 / 2 cup tamari soy sauce
1 /2 cup water
1 T. Peeled, freshly grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1. Slice tofu thinly if you like a hard, chewy4 consistency. Slice it thicker
for a soft tofu.
2. Mix ingredients in glass baking dish and marinate for 2 hours, turning once.
3. Bake in 375 oven for 20 t- 30 minutes. The longer it bakes the crispier it
becomes. Nice to serve this with a plate of seasonal steamed or stir fried
vegetables to keep the yoga going.
