Shipping
Shipping costs for orders delivered to
continental USA will be calculated automatically by the system.
International shipping costs will be calculated manually and confirmed with
buyers by emails. You can choose to cancel your international order if you
think the shipping cost is higher than you expected. Shipment will usually
be made in 2 business days.
For orders being shipped to Military or MP, VI, GU, PR,
HI & AK, we usually will add $9.99 for the S&H. If the items are too heavy,
we will call or E-mail you the actual shipping fee. ( This addresses can't
use free shipping promotions)
Note: We do not sell male
enhancement product to residents of New Jersey.
Customs
Our product
are categorized as health foods/supplements
in the United States and so as we usually declare the merchandise. Please
verify with the customs in your country for the entry regulations. If the
parcel is rejected by your customs, you are still responsible for the
shipping cost of your order.
Even though the recent rejection rate is very low, there
might be some possibilities for your package being rejected. If your package
is rejected, we will be able to refund you the cost of the product, but the
shipping cost is not refundable.
If you do not receive your orders for a prolonged period
of time, please check with your local customs. It is possible that
your order is held by your local customs for further inspection.
We are not responsible for orders held by the customs of your country.
Also, you agree that you will be responsible for import duties or customs
costs that might be involved.
Please note that we are not responsible for any of the
restrictions, duties, taxes and broker fee collected from your country.
Should an item be returned by customs, the carrier charges us a 15% product
return fee which the buyer will also be responsible for. The buyer will also
by paying additional custom fees or duty fees if there is any.
Return Policy
Return can be made within 30 days after shipment. Please
contact us before returning the product. Shipping and Handling is not
refundable if the product is free from defects. Shipping costs of returning
the product will be paid by the buyer. Opened health care products cannot be
returned for refund. Unopened health care products can be returned for
refund, however, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We'll use your phone number or
e-mail address to contact you for your order, or notifying you
of changes/updates to the site or other news. We will not make your
information available to other companies.
